While we were out of town this weekend, two potential buyers came to look at our house. Waiting to hear feedback is excruciating (okay, excruciating is a bit of an exaggeration, but it is intense).
Our realtor has a service set up called Home Feedback (www.homefeedback.com). Realtors who show our home populate a quick survey based on their clients' feedback. Our agents tell us that 60 to 70 percent of realtors will take the few minutes needed to give feedback.
We received feedback from one of the two showings. It could have been a little more positive (i.e. an offer — ha!) but we still feel good about this first impression.
See what people said here (click to enlarge):
Plusses: they found our house to be in great shape inside and out — and they could be interested in coming back for additional showings. Minuses: they would like to see a second full bath (we have one full and one half bath) and they felt our price point was a little high.
Next steps: see what a few more folks have to say this week then consider adjusting how we're coming to market.

i think i like your realtor, with his feedback survey site. that is awesome.
All realtors ought to utilize this thing. Seriously. Everyone wins, right?
we have a feedback site too. i always take it personal when we get a negative comment. we recently got "smells like cats" hahaha. but most people say it's well-maintained so that's good!
Whoops! i suppose it's just a matter of time before someone says it smells like Rottweiler! Jk (kind of).
