I'll admit it. I felt a little silly and embarrassed to be the focus of these photographs — but I reminded myself of the goal at hand (that the discomfort of being photographed would be worth it because the neat photos would last forever). Plus, we were under the direction of three professional-yet flexibly-fun photographers.
And it sure was totally fun. Steffi, Laura and Steve made us feel comfortable and at ease. We mixed serious moments with goofy ones and chuckled our way through the mountainous stream's chill. The north Georgia mountain weather held up for us for just enough time to wrap the shoot.
I'll post a few more photos later week.

oh they're gorgeous! ...and really cool. How did you get over ruining your dress though? lol. I guess it was well worth it for these phenomenal shots!
Thanks, Maegan. They took some good ones (I'll upload a few more later).
Believe it or not, the dress wasn't really ruined. The very bottom was dirty from the wedding itself — and the water didn't affect it at all. I put it through the wash (delicate cycle) when we got home and plan to donate it to Goodwill or a non-prof that takes wedding dresses.
Hope you're feeling better! ;0

And thanks for the compliment!
Ah! These pictures are gorgeous!!! I am so jealous. Everyone always has beautiful wedding photographs.... I feel like when I get married I'm not going to be able to afford someone who takes such amazing pictures!!
EricaNicole, Thanks so much!
We definitely thought the photos were worth spending some money on but I am sure you can find a great deal somewhere. Read lots of reviews, meet the folks in person before signing with them and see if they'll lower their price if a photo album isn't included (you could always make that yourself later).
Erica, Just call me when you get married Cariad Photography gives a discount to any couple that was referred by a previous client of ours........ I can create a special package that is in your budget so you can have photos like
